What are we looking for?
- REPs Level 3 Personal Training qualification essential
- A passion for health, fitness, wellbeing, and delivering excellent service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive attitude towards growing your business
- A positive and professional approach when supporting members, colleagues, and the management team
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the motivation to succeed
- Ability to deliver group exercise classes both in the studio and on the gym floor
- Friendly, approachable, and engaging personality
